From the initial prototypes, we at Pizzamatic knew our slicer/applicators
were something special. While testing these machines we found that
there wasn’t much they couldn’t slice and apply. Vegetables,
fruits, fish, breads, cheeses and meats all performed extraordinarily
well in the slicers. Sliced tomatoes retained all the delicate pulp
and seeds in every slice – the appearance was identical to
a hand-cut slice. The smooth, servo controlled hopper could even
handle shingling and overlapping pattern applications.
The capabilities of our slicers aids Pizza manufacturers producing
new specialty pizza products that include fresh sliced fruits, vegetables
and other items. These machines have also shown proficiency in sandwich
and tray meal construction. A series of slicers can be used to cut
and construct complete deli sandwiches, untouched by human hands!
Precision Application of Medium
Viscosity Sauces/Fluids with the 2400A
Although their legacy of service has bee made in the pizza industry,
the 2400A sauce depositors are capable of depositing many medium
viscosity fluids onto moving targets. We have had success depositing
butter-sauce on French breads, depositing pancakes onto moving griddles,
putting salsa on pitas, and much more. If you have a sauce you want
applied in a specific pattern, chances are we can do it.
