Controls
Industrial control systems have been advancing at an astonishing rate in recent years, allowing machines to be faster, more agile, and more dependable. These hi-tech control systems can solve demanding manufacturing problems, but such control complexity can become a burden if used improperly. We at Pizzamatic believe strongly in the axiom,
"All things being equal, the simplest solution is the best"
Although we have the brawn to tackle industry’s most difficult control problems, we haven’t forgotten how to create a simple to operate, highly reliable, and easily maintainable machine. Here is how we do it:
SMART SOFTWARE AND RELIABLE HARDWARE
Pizzamatic systems use the industry standard Allen Bradley® Logic Controllers. No other line of processors has enjoyed a comparable legacy of quality, reliability and availability. Our software takes the difficulty out of setting up a machine by using a small number of simple user parameters (target diameter, conveyor speed, etc.). All higher-level derived parameters are calculated internally, releasing the user from controlling unintuitive
EASY OPERATOR INTERFACES
Pizzamatic’s operator interface consoles incorporate simple push buttons and user-friendly touch screens. While other manufacturer’s screens are a disorganized collection of poorly labeled touch cells, Pizzamatic screens are carefully thought out and cleanly designed. All this results in higher productivity, even with unskilled operators.

SAFETY
Pizzamatic takes safety very seriously. All safety systems comply with and/or exceed OSHAA and International standards. Our low voltage safety control systems provide a hardwired emergency stop system to drastically reduce or remove the risk of injury in an emergency situation.
INTELLIGENT PANEL DESIGN
As any electrician in a factory setting has undoubtedly learned, high voltage lines transmit electrical
noise. Pizzamatic panels are designed such that high voltage lines are always isolated from low voltage communication lines, ensuring no noise problems.

DOCUMENTATION
each wire is labeled and landed on a marked terminal. Devices are labeled with device IDs and cross-referenced to the schematic. A Pizzamatic panel is not the confusing maze of wires you may expect from other manufacturers.
